Return & Warranty

(1) It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction.

(2) 30 Days Money Back Guarantee and one year Warranty from the date of original purchase. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange or refund within the warranty period.

(3) Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

(4) We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.

(5) For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address. Products should be returned with original packages and must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories and packaging. Our contact email address: support@powbattery.com

(6) In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
