Return & Refund

(1) We offer 30 day money back guarantee! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free within 30 days of receiving it. Please follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure below to return the item.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure:

  • Please send an email to support@powbattery.com with your order number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
  • We will issue a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number for you, and We will offer free Return label.
  • Please note that RMA numbers last for 10 business days only and they expire if not used within this time period, We therefore advise you to send the returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
  • Please Print the free labels and write the RMA number you received earlier on the exterior of the package you are shipping, Pack the return merchandise securely to ensure safe return of the package.
  • After we received the item, we will give you a full refund, and you will get the money back within 3 business days.
  • Please note: Without this RMA number our warehouse cannot recognize your return package. Please Request RMA number via Email support@powbattery.com.

(2) Refund: After we received your returned item, we will give you a full refund, and you will get the money back within 3 business days. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction.

(3) 1 year warranty! If the product is dead or did not work within 12 months, please contact us, we offer 1-year warranty. Please send an email to support@powbattery.com with your order number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item, We will offer a free Return label, After you return it back to us, We will resend a new replacement product to you for free. Please Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages.

(4) Restocking Fees: All products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a 15% of the product price restocking fees for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

(5) Please Note: All returned products must have an authorized RMA number for processing, we will not accept returns without it. The fastest way of getting a RMA is to send us an email at support@powbattery.com. Generally, you will receive our response within 12 hours.
