(1) We offer 30 day money back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with our products within 30 days, For any reason, Please Request RMA number via Email support@powbattery.com, We will offer free Return label, After you return it back to us, we will give you a full refund.

(2) After we received your returned item, we will issue a refund, and you will get the money back within 1-3 business days. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction.

(3) 1 year warranty! If the product stops working within 12 months, please contact us, we offer 1 year warranty. Request RMA number via email support@powbattery.com, You return it back and we will reship a new replacement one for you. Please Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages. Warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only. The warranty will not renew once a replacement has been made.

(4) Restocking Fees: All products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a 15% of the product price restocking fees for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

(5) Please Note: All returned products must have an authorized RMA number for processing, we will not accept returns without it. The fastest way of getting a RMA is to send us an email at support@powbattery.com. Generally, you will receive our response within 12 hours.
